This page lays out the rules for every promotion at Grande Prairie Casino. Our current welcome offer comes with 0x wagering, so reward winnings are yours to keep, provided the play is fair.

What rules apply to every promotion?

Every promotion runs in Canadian dollars and sits on top of our Terms & Conditions. Some offers carry extra conditions, and those appear on the offer itself inside your account.

• Promotions are for personal entertainment, not for professional or organised play.
• A reward belongs to one person and one account.
• Rewards cannot be swapped, sold or transferred.
• Whether play meets these rules is decided from the account and game records.

Points and perks from Grande Prairie Rewards follow these same rules.

What counts as bonus abuse?

Our irregular play policy covers every reward we hand out. Irregular play includes:

• Opening more than one account to claim an offer again.
• Using false or shared details, or working with others, to collect extra rewards.
• Bets placed only to extract value from a reward without real risk, for example backing both outcomes of an even money bet.
• Using software, bots or game faults.

Where we find irregular play, we can remove the reward, void winnings linked to it and close the accounts involved. We explain the decision by email.

Can I run two bonuses together?

No. One active bonus per account, that is the rule. Once the current offer is used up or expires, a new one is yours to claim.

The daily prize wheel spins that come with the welcome offer are part of that same single offer, not a second bonus.

Is there a cap on what I can convert to cash?

The welcome offer sets no maximum conversion figure. Because every reward carries 0x wagering, there is no playthrough to finish before winnings land in your cash balance.

If a future promotion uses a conversion cap, the figure will be stated on that promotion before you opt in.

Is there a top bet size while bonus money is in play?

The welcome offer has no fixed maximum bet, because there is no wagering requirement to protect.

The irregular play policy still applies. A sudden jump to oversized bets made only to exploit a reward can be treated as irregular play. If a future promotion sets a maximum bet, the amount will be shown on that offer. Any stake limit you set through Play Responsibly always comes first.

How is wagering counted, and what does each game contribute?

0x wagering. On every reward. That covers free spins, cashback and prize wheel prizes, as well as the deposit match.

With nothing to play through, no game contribution table applies to the welcome offer:

• Slots: winnings are ready to withdraw.
• Table games: winnings are ready to withdraw.
• Live games: winnings are ready to withdraw.

If a future promotion carries wagering, the requirement and the share each game type counts towards it will be listed on that promotion.

How do I opt in?

The welcome offer shows up in your account once you register and sign in. In some provinces, advertising rules mean incentives are not promoted in public, so offers appear only inside your account.

Choose the offer before making the qualifying deposit. If you forget, email help@grandeprairiecasino.app and we will check the deposit with you. To decline an offer, just leave it unselected.

When do offers expire?

Expiry details for each reward sit next to the offer in your account. Once a reward expires, it is removed and cannot be restored.

The welcome match applies only to your first 4 deposits. Deposits after the fourth do not qualify.

How it lights up: a C$5 deposit earns a C$5 match. A C$250 deposit earns a C$250 match. Anything above C$250 still earns C$250, the cap for each deposit.

Can these rules change?

Yes. A promotion may be changed, paused or ended by us, for instance if the law changes or we discover a fault in an offer.

Rewards already credited keep the rules that were in place when you claimed them. New versions of this page are posted here with their start date, and we email you about changes that affect an offer you hold.
